I had a terrific trip with Jay at Lux Limo SF, he was on time to my reservation, communicated with me via text messages before my trip and finding him was so easy. The hands-on reservation process was friendly and appreciated with his local knowledge of the Bay Area (it was my second trip there).

Booked for quinceañera. Kids had lots of fun. We had some extra time between the venue and photography session being completed. After that the driver drove around so the kids could enjoy more time in the party bus before the hall.

We had the best day using Lux Limo SF! Our driver, Jay, was amazing! He was very punctual and the vehicle was new, clean and had amenities such as ice, water, cups and they even threw in a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a birthday (so thoughtful and really made us feed extra special). Jay was an exceptionally safe driver and made us feel taken care of as we hopped in and out at 3 wineries, plus dinner. He even made sure we got a group photo! Communication was easy and Jay was always ready to go when we needed him. Would highly recommend this service. Lux Limo SF will be our first call next time we need group transport. Thank you!!!

One of the best experiences with a limo company. Straightforward and honest and very reasonable pricing communication is extraordinary. We couldn’t ask for a better service for our company dinner party. I called several other limo companies and they were not as nice as Jw was other limo companies were asking personal questions if we were adults like we’re going to trash their limo. This was the most professional, accommodating and friendly car service I have ever encountered. We booked the van with Jay who went as far as driving himself when he normally doesn’t just to allow for a last minute date change in our plans. Needed transportation to and from SFO. From pick up to drop off, each way, always timely, always courteous; good communication. Cars are very clean and comfortable (we traveled in a Suburban). Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
